From Polymer resins, the materials are being melted in the extrusion die to produce high quality film for various types of applications.
The extruded polymers are being produced through blowing technique using a circular die to produce plastic tubes that also be converted into single film. Polyethylene material has good sealing properties, low sealing temperature compared to other polymer materials, good water vapour properties, but low in aroma barrier and high in Oxygen transmission rate. Our blown film line produces several kinds of Low Density (LDPE), Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE), Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE), Polypropylene (PP) film such as:
LDPE / LLDPE - Transparent film grade (2 sides sealable, Corona treated) 25 micron to 200 microns. Used for Shrink roll, High clarity thin film Laundry & Textile film applicaiton.
LLDPE / LDPE - Film Grade (2 Side Sealable, Corona treated) 25 micron to 200 micron. Used for frozen food, carrier bags, garbage bags, agriculture film, shipping bags applications.
HDPE/LLDPE - High density Film Grade (2 side sealable, Corona treated) used for Thin Film High Strength Grocery bags, Shopping bags applications.
PP - Transparent High clarity film grade (2 side sealable, Corona treated) used for food packaging bags, Bakery bags applications.
